HOME VISIT - GIRIDHAR KINI

Srinidhi, Doddaballapur Road, Near Rajanukunte, Bengaluru

Giridhar Kini, retired from his long service at State Bank of India. Bombay, settled back at his home at the above address.

His house is in the midst of coconut trees and and a big house.

Rishi, Kavitha, Atharv, Seena and Kavitha's Dad Rajagopalan were with us.

The place is always remembered as Rishi's wedding with Kavitha on 23rd May 2020, took place at this house premises, as it was time of COVID pandemic. Restrition for gatherings, weddings and other function.

Gentleman Giridhar Kini and his wife Praveena are both very friendly and welcomed us with Neer Dose and session of sitting on the terrace for general chatting.

We had been to his house and met him several functions.

1. ಅವಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ.. ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆ ಬಂದೇ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ...

2. ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಜಾರಿದ ಮಾತು, ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಜಾರಿದ ಅವಕಾಶ, ಹಾರಿ ಹೋದ ಪಕ್ಷಿ, ಕಳೆದುಹೋದ ಕಾಲ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ರೂಪವೇ ಅಹಂಕಾರ. ಅಹಂಕಾರ ತುಂಬಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಕೆಡುಕನ್ನೇ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಅವನ ಅಹಂಕಾರವೇ ಅವನ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಾ ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಹಂಕಾರವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಸಂತಸ ಹೊಂದುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ..!

4. ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದವನನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಸುಲಭ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಿಳಿದವನನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಇನ್ನೂ ಸುಲಭ. ಆದರೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಅಹಂಕಾರ ಪಡುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ದೇವರಿಂದ ಕೂಡ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.

5. ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತುಷ್ಟರಾಗಿರಿ, ಆದರೆ ಸಂತೃಪ್ತರಾಗಬೇಡಿ,* ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಸಂತೃಪ್ತರಾದರೆ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ನಿಂತುಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ.

6. ಆಗಿ ಹೋಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಡಿ. ಅದು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ... ಮುಂದೆ ಮಾಡ ಬೇಕಾದುದನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಚಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಿ.

7. ಸಾಗುವ ದಾರಿ ಹೇಗೇ ಇರಲಿ.. ಇಡುವ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿರಲಿ... ಕೋಪ ಅನ್ನೋದು ಒಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಿದರೆ ನಗು ಅನ್ನೋದು ನೂರು ಜನರ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ..

8. ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯ ಬಲ ವಾದಾಗ ಬದುಕು ಭಾರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಭರವಸೆ ಬಲವಾದಾಗ ಬದುಕು ಬಂಗಾರ ವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

9. ವಾದ ಮಾಡುವ ಬದಲು ಸಂವಾದ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ರೂಢಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ವಾದದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಹಂಕಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಸಂವಾದದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆಯವರಿಂದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ...!!

10. ಕನಸುಗಳು ನನಸಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಯಾವತ್ತೂ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಪಡುವುದನ್ನ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸ ಬಾರದು.. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಬಾಡಿದ ಗಿಡಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀರುಣಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಗುರೊಡೆದು ಬದುಕುತ್ತದೆ.

11. ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಹೋದಾಗ 'ಬಾಗಿಲು' ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು. ಆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಆಘಾತ ಆದಾಗ 'ಬೀಗ' ಹುಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಪೂರ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಸತ್ತಾಗ 'ಸಿಸಿಟಿವಿ' ಕಾಣಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.

OUR SEENUTALES AT FARM RESORT

Sanctity Ferme, near Hosuru, Tamilnadu.

"NAM SEENA", SEENUTALES, pet dog also joined us to Sanctity Ferme Resort for two days.

He was quite friendly and moving with us and kids Atharv and Urvi.

He was also member of the group for celebrating Atharv's Happy Birthday.

It was fun for him to go in the swimming pool and enjoy and safely back.

See his experience of not knowing the floor and getting into the water.

It was a enjoyable time for him and also for others.

WEDDING ENGAGEMENT - KAVYA/PAVAN

Ajantha Hotel, M G Road, Bengaluru.

We were there at Ajantha Hotel for the wedding engagement of Kavya.

Kavya is daughter of LateVishwanath Latha Bhat ( grand daughter of Handadi Srinivas Lalitha Bhat)

Handadi Srinivas Bhat is son of my father's sister and Lalitha is daughter of my father's (Venkatramana Somayaji) brother Shankaranarayana Somayaji.

Traditional engagement procedure performed with purohiths and the exchange of rings.

High Tea followed with Poori, Rava Idli, payasa, sweet, ice cream.

Wishing the engaged couple Kavya-Pavan, Best wishes and God's Blessing.

Satyanarayana Rao/Bhat wrote and sent beautiful report about the event and relatives, well wishers and friends present.

ಬಿರ್ತಿ ಜಯರಾಮ ಸೋಮಯಾಜಿ ಯೆನ್ನುವವರು ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿ ಲಲಿತಮ್ಮನವರ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪನ ಮಗ ನಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. !! ನನಗಿಂತ8 ತಿಂಗಳು ದೋಡ್ಡವರು !! (ನನಗೆ ಮಾಮ - ಅಮ್ಮನ ಕಜಿನ್) !!

ಒಂದು ಸುಂದರ, ಸುಮಧುರ"Blogspot' ನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ನನಗೆ ಪೋಸ್ಚ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು, ನಿನ್ನೆ

SANCTITY FERME - FARM RESORT

Sanctity Ferme, Near Hosur, Bengaluru

Sanctity Ferme, a serene sanctuary in the lap of nature. It's retreat where you can escape the urban hustle and reconnect with the beauty of nature.

Sanctity Ferme is at Shoolagiri, near Hosur, Tamilanadu, about 55 km from Bengaluru, and 45 minutes drive from Electronic City.

We were there to celebrate Atharv's (s/o RishiKavitha) 3rd Birthday and at the same time enjoy the nature and enjoy the resort.

We stayed at an innovative property, called Exotica, beautiful two floor house with garden and swimming pool and kitchen.

Rishi, Amma, Kavitha, children Atharv and Urvi enjoyed in the swimming pool.

Also went for the sunset point in the evening, a short distance, climbing on the rocks, and beautiful view of Sun retiring for the day.

Another interesting place in the resort was COLOSSEUM (Quary), devloped nicely after the granite stones removed, further quarting was mot possible.

Swimming pool and space around greenery, well maintained. Seena, our pet walking on the sides and also walked into the water, to fin out he has to swim, and came safely.
