SRINGERI TEMPLE - REVISITED

After spending the night in Chikkamagalur, at Dr Hebbar and Ragini's house, left at 6 am to Temple town Sringeri, a distance of 96 km to reach at 8.15am, The hilly and winding road, with beautiful forest trees and pleasant weather.




Shri Sharadamba Temple at Sringeri on the banks of river Tunga, is a place where one feels immense joy and source of energy.  It's on a sprawling area well maintained with all facilities for tourists and others visiting.



The presiding deity is Shri Sharadamba, has glorious history, thousands of people visit the temple everyday and get the blessings.





It was a pleasant visit to the temple, had some breakfast in a hotel and proceeded to Udupi.
