Gowri-Ganesha Festival comes every year and this year also we had festival meal at Chidambara Bhat's (Shubha's Father-in-law) house at Basaveshwaranagara.

There is lot of hue and cry in public about celebrating Gowri Ganesha Festival due to COVID19 pandemic. Though it slowly subsiding, there is constant fear in the minds of people, Government and media about the pandemic re-surfacing.

However, people are advised to celebrate the festival with low key, confined to home for safety.
Wearing mask, maintaining social distance and washing hands have routine.
We were at Basaveshwaranagara for festival lunch, staying for some time and visited Nandi Dinasina Mane at BasaveshwaraNagara and returned home.
