As we had to go to Suresh Kumar's get=together Party at Kengeri, we went early and had breakfast, met relatives and friends.

Today, Thursday, had the usual bhajane session at Sunandi Oldage Care Centre and also we had special guest Atal Malhotra from Jammu, who was on a visit.

SANJEEV WEDDING SAMBHRAMA - 2 (Day 2)

Sri UmaMaheshwari Kalyana Mandira, Bellary.

The elaborate wedding procedure started in the morning after breakfast with idli,vada, pongal, chutney tea and coffee.

Beginning with Bride's parents welcoming and escorting the groom to the Mantapa, with nagaswara and drums playing. From there, Purohits taking over the procedure, with KanyaDaana, Mnngalya Dharana, SaptaPadi etc.

Friends, colleagues, and well wishers who came from Bengaluru and Hyderabad had group photo session with newly married couple,

After the ceremony there was grand lunch with holige, Laddu, Ice cream, along with other usual items.

MAY GOD BLESS THE NEWLY MARRIED COUPLE "SANJEEV & ANAGHA," FOR  A  LONG AND HAPPY MARRIED LIFE.

We travelled to Ballary, distance of 305Km from Bengaluru, on Saturday morning at 8.30, to attend the Wedding Celebrations by special bus with relatives and well wishers. It was fun and enjoyment travelling in the bus, highly excited with songs, dance.

After having brunch with Shyavige, laddu and chakkuli on the way at a Daaba,

We arrived at the Wedding venue,  Sri UmaMaheshwari Kalyana Mandira at Bellary evening 5 pm, waited in the bus for a while, and the bride's party came with Purohit and Vadya, ladies were given arisina Kumkum, the groom welcomed with garland.

After refreshing in the rooms, and having refreshments, it was time for "BAARAATH", with the groom riding on the horse and others dancing to the beat of drums with full josh.

After the visit to the temple with Baaraath and return to Kalyana Mantapa, some formalities followed like "VARAPOOJE", Hugging for familiarising the bride and Grooms relatives .

After the dinner all went to bed in the large hall and rooms.

That was a fine day with excitings events.
