It's Fifth September, Day to celebrate Teachers Day.....

All schools celebrate Teachers Day to remember BirthDay of Sri S Radhakrishna, Teacher First, then became President of India.

Here at Somayajis' Learning Centre, with few children, Teachers' Day was celebrated with games for children, distributed chocolates and sweets.

On the lighter side, just for laughs......

Teacher: ''Construct a sentence using the word "sugar''

Pupil: ''I drank tea this morning.''

Teacher: ''Where is the word sugar.''

Pupil: ''It is already in the tea..!!''

TEACHER: Our topic for today is Photosynthesis. 

TEACHER : Class, what is photosynthesis?

Student: Photosynthesis is our topic for today.

Student : Mangoes, John is coming to pick you...

TEACHER : What do you call mosquitoes in your language?

Student: We don't call them, they come on their own...

Student: By staying at home...

TEACHER : One day our country will be corruption free. What tense is that??

Student: Future impossible tense...

SOMAYAJI'S LEARNING CENTRE- MARCH 2024

 15th March 2024, Friday

Somayaji's Learning Centre, Bhuvaneshwarinagara.

The month of March is the time for children to have annual examinations and they geared up for doing maximum to do well in the examinations.

We at the Learning Centre, help the children to learn on their own, clear doubts and make sure that they can write answer to the questions.

Children are waiting for the last day of the examination, and once it is over, they are very much relaxed.

HAPPY TEACHERS DAY 2023

Every year 5th September is celebrated as TEACHERS DAY, to mark Birthday of 

Ex-President of India, Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, Ex-Teacher.

Schools all over celebrate with programs, Thanks giving to Teachers, and exchange greetings.

We at Somayaji's Learning Centre, celebrated with drawing and colouring activity for small number of children, highlighting "TeachersDay"

Cake, chocolates and books were given to children.

Chikdren were happy.

HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY 2022

Children's Day is celebrated all over India and abroad, to commemorate Birthday of Late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Former Prime Minister of India.

When India got independance from British in 1947, Mahtma Gandhi installed Jawaharalal Nehru as Prime Minister from Congress Party.

At our Learning Centre, with few children, celebrated Children's Day in a small way.

Children sang nursery rhymes, enjoyed and chocolates were distributed.

Children were Happy.

FUN TIME FOR CHILDREN

Somayaji's Learning Centre, BirthiMane, Bengaluru

Children were excited about the short holidays and tired of routine reading, writing and learning.

It was fun time and play time for them last of the year 2019.

They were also taken to CoffeeBoard Park for 45 minutes and were back.

Then they had some indoor table games like Ludo, Scrabble and Jenga and the enjoyed.

There was cutting of cake, prepared by Nalini Mam, chocolates, chips and pencil as gift.

That was pleasant time for children.

HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY 2019

Children's day is Happy time for children, to commemorate the BirthDay of First Prime Minister of India, Pandit JawaharaLal Nehru.Though he is mainly responsible for the state of the nation, India and dynasty rule, people still remember and pay tribute to the leader.

All schools celebrate Children's Day with cultural program, distributing sweets.

At our Learning Centre, Children cut cake with Madam, dance and some fun games and small eats.

Children were happy for the celebrations.

HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY 2019

Teachers' Day is celebrated all over world to pay tribute to Former President of India Dr S Radhakrishnan, a scholar and an ex-Teacher himself.

Schools celebrate the day with special programs to honour the Teachers and organize cultural programs and food to entertain the teachers.

Some schools also organize students taking the role of teachers for a day, senior students go to junior classes and teach.

Here at Somayajis' Learning Centre at BirthiMane, Bengaluru, Cake, chips chocolates for children and they sang HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY.

END OF THE YEAR - HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Somayaji's Learning Centre, BirthiMane, BhuvaneshwariNagar, Bengaluru.

It was time for successful completion of one academic year, children have finished their final examinations in their respective schools, eagerly waiting to enjoy their two months holidays. Some travelling to their villages, some people going on tour with their parents and some other may join for summer camps here and there.

We also feel it is successful completion of another year and time for relaxing, travelling around, without any definite plans.

However, we organized a party and treat for children. They had freshly baked cake from Nalini madam, chocolates chips and games. Later they enjoyed themselves at nearby CoffeeBoard Park for sometime and dispersed to their homes, wishing everyone "HAPPY HOLIDAYS"

HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY 2018

Bengaluru.

Every year, Teachers' Day is observed in India and abroad to celebrate BirthDay of Dr SarvePalli RadhaKrishnan, who was a Teacher and became President of India.

Most of the schools have celebrations and programs to observe Teachers' day. Some have cultural and entertainment program, students acting as teachers for the day, preparing cards, pencil stands, paper flowers for showing affection to teachers.

Here at, Somayaji's learning Centre, we had cutting of cake prepared by Nalini Somayaji and a small fun and games for children. Chocolates were given to children and they enjoyed the celebrattions.
