HOME VISIT - LEELA DODDA

Birthimane, BhuvaneshwariNagara, Bengaluru.

B, Leela Somayaji (Leela Dodda - 90 yrs), wife of my brother Late B Padmanabha Somayaji, was invited to come home for lunch along with her Daughter Shyla and Son-in-Law, Professor UdayKuamr.

Mom prepared delicious lunch, son Ravi and Urvi also joined.

Little Urvi was there to entertain all of us, with dance, talk and playful acts.

That was a casual get-together at home, though it was little difficult for Dodda to climb up the stairs and go down also.

However, after little rest and coffee, they left for Uday's quarters at Indian Institute of Sience at Yashawantpur, Bengaluru.

HOME VISIT - RAMAKRSHNA BHAT ADAMAARU

Birthimane, Bhuvaneshwarinagara, Bengaluru

Ramakrishna Bhat (ParaBrahma Vittaladasa) lives with his family in 14A Cross, here in Bhavaneshwarinagara. He is also partner for weekly  Bhajan / Satsang at Sunandi ElderCare (Vraddhashrama) at Sahakaranagara.

His daughter Ramya and her son Ashish lives in Dallas, USA and were here on vacation. Ashish finished his Grade 12, and is witing to join college in USA.

Some small eats, chat for some time and they left for their house.

VISIT TO RISHI, SHUBHA & RAVI

Visit, Communicate, and spend time is the way to make family bonding stronger.

FAMILY

We decided to visit Rishi, Shubha and Ravi at their homes, over the weekend spending quality time.

Sat, 31st May,  Visit to Rishi, Kavitha and Atharv

ILife apartment at Belandoor, a distance of 25 Km from here.

After leaving "Seena" at the PetBoarding "STAY". nearby, drove to Belandoor, to Rishi's Apartment.

Kavitha prepared nice lunch, spent happy time with 4 yr old Atharv and left from the place at 5 pm to HSR LayOut.

Visit to Shubha, Raghu, Lahari, apartment Nagarjuna Heights at HSR Layout.

Ravi, Vidya, Urvi Joined and then Rishi, Kavitha and Atharv for spending time.

Visit to Ravi-Vidya at Salarpuria Sattwa, Celesta apartment:

A distance of 20 Km from HSR Layout.

Good Lunch and sleep.

Evening to Raghvendra Swamy Temple at Devasandra, and the to "Pick & Go" restaurant at Kadugodi.

We also visited Goshale at Devasandra, they had some cows.

June 2nd , after breakfast (Avalakki, Salad, Mango ) we left from Ravi's House.

That was a pleasant and happy weekend visiting children at their homes, and spending quality time with them. Every minute counts......

HOME VISIT - SHYLA/UDAYAKUMAR

IISc Quarters, Bengaluru.

It was a casual visit to ShylaUdayakumar, at their quarters,  at Indian Institute of Science at Yashavanthpur, Bengaluru.

ADITI, UDAYKUMAR, ANAGHA, SHYALA

Ravi, Urvi were there, together we went, also to see Dodda, (Leela Somayaji), Shyla's mother.

Dodda's brother Late Ramesh's daughter Jyothi and her husband Satyanarayana Yadiyala was also there for a visit.

Urvi was very active, playing Jenga and also show of her Dance expertise.

There was HAALUBAI (Sweet prepared by Shyla), spent some time and left from the place, Ravi dropped us home and proceeded to his apartment at K.R. Puram.

HOME VISIT - RAMACHANDRA HEBBAR

"VASUDHA", Anjanapura, Bengaluru.

Ramachandra Hebbar is younger brother of Late Sunanda Attige, who is w/o my eldest brother Late Seetharama Somayaji.

He lives at New House at Anjanapura, with his wife Saroja, son Kartik, his wife and two small children. We could visit them on our way back from Gruha Pravesh Samarambha at Vajarahalli.

Kartik is fond of Gardening and lot of vegetables, leaves are grown at the terrace garden, usuing autimatic drip irrigation.

Little time they played with our "Seena" and we left after sometime, and it took more than two hours to reach home due to traffic.

HOME VISIT - BIRTHIMANE, BENGALURU

BirthiMane, BhuvaneshwariNagara, Bengaluru.

Daughter Shubha, with her husband Raghu (Son-in-Law) and his parents were on casula visit to BirthiMane, here, as they are visiting after a long time.

Mom prepared nice lunch, after the casula chat, we had lunch with Pathrode.

Raghus's parents Chidambara Bhat and Shrimathi, are our BEEGARU, Nice couple.

After lunch, by 2.30 pm, they left from here. Lahari was having Exam, as she didn't come.

As per tradition, Kumkuma, hoovu, hannu as given .

HOME VISIT - UDYAVARA

 April 4 - 7, 2025

Udyavara is the first place, we land when we go to ooru by Bus or train.

Nalini's sister Sujatha and her husband Raghuram lives there.

Sujatha maintains a beautiful flower garden and is fond of cats and dogs.

ATHARV WATCHING A VIDEO WITH A KITTEN 

When we went this with her son Ramakrishna by car from Bengaluru, they had four kittens which Atharv was very fond of and was playing as if they are dolls.

Outside the house, there is a huge mango tree, several years old, and a swing arraged to pass time. 

We were in ooru to witness the Naamakarana Ceremony of Ramakrishna's Baby, "SRINIKHA" at Shirooru Mutt, Udupi on 6th April 2025.

We returned to Bengaluru in the night bus KSRTC "AMABARI UTSAV" on 7th April.
