GENERAL ELECTION 2024 - VOTING DAY

 Friday 26th April 2024

Dasarahalli Main Road, Bhuvaneshwarinagara, Bengaluru.

That was the day for voting in the general elections of 2024.

Very popular leader, Prime Minister for last 10 years, Sri Narendra Modi is expected to sweep the elections.

Smt. Shobha Karandlaje from BJP was Candidate in this Bengaluru North Constituency.

Atharv and Urvi also had good time, enjoying the play area of the school.

They call election festival and voting Sambhrama, where we all are participating in building the nation, exercising our franchise.

Hope and Pray Modi will win in the elections and become Prime Minister again for the third term.

UGRA NARASIMHA SWAMY TEMPLE - MADDURU

 Wednesday, 24th April 2024

Madduru, Benagaluru Mysuru Highway.

The temple was built by king Vishnuvardhana (formerly known as Bitti Deva). Shivapura - Shivapur in Maddur is famous for the historical monument Satyagraha Soudha the symbolic structure of Maddur where Mahatma Gandhi had sat for Satyagraha against the British along with other freedom fighters.

We on our way to Mysuru/Hunsuru, in the Expressway, took a diversion at Madduru to visit Ugra Narasimha Swamy Temple.

The ancient temple is in a serene and calm ambiance, not much of crowd. the temple archaks are very polite and eager to speak about the temple.

We spent an hour in the premises, children of Archaks are very enthusiastic and lovable.

Equally ancient, Sri Varadaraja Swamy temple with an attractive idol.

Travelling in the six lane Bengaluru_Mysuru expressway is pleasure.

Only two of us travelling in the car, Mr. Somayaji driving....

That was House warming ceremony of DineshRao- Savithri and children Nitesh and Deepa new house built at Hunsur.

We traveled to Hunsur by Baleno car, driving, reached there in the evening.

Evening ceremony was Vasthu homa, Navagraha Pooje, Mangalarathi and oota.

Day 2: Thursday, 25th April 2024

Morning program, Gruha Pravesha after the pooja and then boiling milk, shobhane rendition and Satyanarayana Pooja and Grand lunch.

ಸ್ನೇಹಿತ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದ...

ಅವ ಎಡಬಿಡಂಗಿ ಎಡಚರರ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿತ...ಎದುರಿಗೆ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಿಸ್ಟ್...!"ನಾನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಕ್ಷದವ ಅಲ್ಲ....

ಮಾನವ ಧರ್ಮದವ...ನಾನು "ಮಧ್ಯ" ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸುತ್ತೆನೆ "...ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾ

ಮೋದಿಯನ್ನುಮೋದಿ ಸರಕಾರವನ್ನು ಬೈಯ್ಯುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಗ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಬೈಯ್ಯುವವನು...!

" ಪ್ರಕಾಶಣ್ಣ...ನಂದು ಈ ಬಾರಿ "ನೋಟಾ ವೋಟ್.."..ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಮುಖ ನೋಡಿ ಇಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲದ

ಔಷಧ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು ಮೂರ್ಖತನ... ಅಲ್ವಾ?....ನಿನ್ನ ಎಂಪಿ ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರಿಯ.... ಈಗ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ನಿಂತವನೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ...ನೀನೂ ಸಹ ನೋಟಾ ಹಾಕುವದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು...."

ಅವನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಔಷಧ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮೂರ್ಖತನದ ಪರಮಾವಧಿ ಅಲ್ವಾ..?...ಕೊನೆ ಪಕ್ಷ

ಕಂಪೌಂಡರ್ ಗೆ ಔಷಧದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇದ್ದಿರುತ್ತದೆ...ಅಥವಾ ಡಾಕ್ಟರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಔಷಧವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು...

ದೇಶಭಕ್ತ, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ...ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಅವನೇ ಪೂರ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ...ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಣ್ ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ನಂಬಬಹುದು...ಅವನಿಗೇನು ಕುಟುಂಬವೇ?ಹೆಂಡತಿಯೇ...

ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮೊಮ್ಮಕ್ಕಳೆ!! ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನುಚಿನಾದೇಶಕ್ಕೊಇಟಲಿ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೋ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ..ವಂಶವಾದದ ಜಾತ್ಯಾತೀತ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವೋಟ್ ಕೆಳುವವರಿಗಿಂತ ಇಂವ ಬೆಸ್ಟ್..."

ಗೆಳೆಯ ಮಾತಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ..ಅವನ ಹೆಗಲ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈ ಹಾಕಿದೆ..." ಇನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಕೇಳು...

ನಮಗೆ ಹಸಿವೆ ಆಗಿದೆ...ಹೋಟೆಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಂತ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ....ಅಲ್ಲಿರುವುದು ಒಂದೇ ಹೋಟೆಲ್

ಮೂರು ಐಟಮ್ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ...ದೋಸೆ...ಇಡ್ಲಿ ...ವಡಾ ....ಆದರೆ ಯಾವುದೂ ಸಹ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದಿರುವದಿಲ್ಲ...

ಹಸಿವೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಆಹಾರ....ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಸ್ಟ್ ಯಾವುದೋ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಂದು ಬರುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಲ್ವಾ?..

ಅಥವಾ...ಇವತ್ತು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿಲ್ಲ..ನಾಳೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರುವ ತಿಂಡಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಅಂತ... ಇರ್ತೀಯಾ..?

" ನೋಟಾ " ಅಂತ ಉಪವಾಸ ಇರ್ತಿಯಾ...?..."ಗೆಳೆಯನ ಬಳಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ....::::::: :::::::

ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬರ್ತಾ ಇದೆ...ತಲೆ ಕೆಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ....ನಮ್ಮ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯೇ ನಮಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ...

ನಮ್ಮದೇಶ, ಧರ್ಮ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಬದುಕು....ಇವುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ " ಬದುಕುವ " ನಾಯಕ ಯಾರು ...?

ಅಂತ ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ...ನಮ್ಮ ನಂತರವೂ ದೇಶ ಧರ್ಮ , ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಇರಬೇಕು..ನಮ್ಮಮಕ್ಕಳು,

ಮೊಮ್ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಮತ ಹಾಕೋಣ ...

Anish Somayaji, (Srikanth-Abhilasha's son) came home with the invitation of his marriage on 1st May 2024.at Udupi.

He will be getting married to Akshitha, from Chikkamagalur, working as teacher at Hongirana School, AmateKoppa, Sagara.

A new concept of marriage ceremony called 'MANTRA MANGALYA", initiated by RashtraKavi Kuvempu, will be followed.

We wish Anish- Akshitha, long and happy married life.

GOIND ROUND DUBAI 15/4/2024

Around Dubai

RavirajPratima was kind enough to take us around to visit different places around Dubai.

1. OurOwn High School for Boys at Al Warqa. Initially we landed in Girls School, where I met some old acquitances like Jacintha, Mrs Vijayan, Principal Thomas Mathew.

Proceeded to Boys School Al Warqa, met many of my colleagues and Principal.

2. Visit to Hindu Temple, Dubai.

Next to the Temple, there was Guru Dwara, where we also had free "LANGAR", lunch with chapathi, rice, sweet etc

3. Next our visit was to Jumeirah Lake Towers, where Anushree (D/O Harady Sudhakar Shetty) has started Coffee Shop "POST CARD"

5. We proceeded to Kavitha Prakash Upadhya house at Al Ghusais, for a short visit.

6. All proceeded to Venus (Now Al Hamba) restaurant for dinner/tiffin:

It was a day well spent going around, as from next day, Dubai/Sharjah witnessed uprecedented rains, where we were indoors for three days.
