ಶ್ರೀಕಾಂತ ಸೋಮಯಾಜಿ ಸ್ಮರಣಾರ್ಥ ಸಂಗೀತ ಮಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು "ಗಮಕ ಸಂವಾದ" ದ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪನ್ನ ಗೊಂಡಿತು.
ಕೊರೋನ ಸಂಕಟದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮೈಲಾರಿ ಲೈವ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಯೂ ಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫೇಸ್ ಬುಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರಪ್ರಸಾರದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಕುಳಿತು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು.
ಮೊದಲಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿಲಾಷ ಅವರು ಕಲಾವಿದರು ಹಾಗು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿತ ಗೀತಾ ತುಂಗಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯ ಮಾಡಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ದಿ. ಶ್ರೀಕಾಂತ ಸೋಮಯಾಜಿಯವರ ಸಂಗೀತ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ, ಕಾಳಜಿ ಯನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಅವರ ನೆನಪಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತೀ ವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂಗೀತ ಮಾಲಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ, ಗಮಕ ಸಂವಾದ ದಿಂದ ಸೋಮಯಾಜಿಯವರ ಮನೆಯಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ವಿಶೇಷ ಎಂದೂ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸನ್ಮಾನಿತ, ಸಂಗೀತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಗೀತಾ ತುಂಗಾ ಅವರ ಸಂಗೀತ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸುವ ತುಡಿತವನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿ ಲೀಲಾ ಸೋಮಯಾಜಿ, ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ ಹಂದೆ ಅವರು ಶಾಲು, ಫಲ ಪುಷ್ಪ ದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದರು.
ಸುಮಾರು ಒಂದು ಗಂಟೆಯ ಕಾಲ, ಸುಜಯಿಂದ್ರ ಹಂದೆಯವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಗಮಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ ಹಂದೆ, ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಕರ ಕೆದ್ಲಾಯ, ಕಾವ್ಯ ಹಂದೆ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ನಾಗೇಂದ್ರ ಐತಾಳ ಕೊಳಲು ನುಡಿಸಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಕಲಾವಿದರುಗಳನ್ನು, ನೇರ ಪ್ರಸಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದ ಮೈಲಾಡಿ ಲೈವ್ ಅವರನ್ನೂ, ಅಭಿಲಾಷ ಅವರು ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಂಗೀತ ಸಂಜೆಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ಬಂಧುಗಳು,ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು, ಊರವರ ಜೊತೆ ಶ್ರೀಕಾಂತ್ ರ ನೆನಪು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ನಮ್ಮ ವರ್ಷದ ವಾಡಿಕೆ ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಕೊರೋನಾ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ತುಸು ಭಿನ್ನ ಬಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗಿತು.
ಮನೆಯಂಗಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಸಿ live ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಬಿತ್ತರಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆವು.
ಈ ಬಾರಿಯ ಗೌರವ ಸಂಮಾನವನ್ನು ಸಂಗೀತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಗೀತಾ ತುಂಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದೆವು. ಗೀತಾ ಅವರು ಹಲವಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ - ಕೋಟ , ಸಾಲಿಗ್ರಾಮ ಪರಿಸರದ ಹಲವಾರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಗೀತದ ಪಾಠ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಸಂಗೀತದ ಅಭಿರುಚಿ ಬೆಳೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರು.
ನಂತರ ಗಮಕ ಸಂವಾದ -
ಕುಮಾರವ್ಯಾಸ ಭಾರತದ ಕರ್ಣ, ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಕುಂತಿಯರ ಸಂವಾದ ಭಾಗದ ಕಾವ್ಯವಾಚನವನ್ನು
ಎಚ್. ಶ್ರೀಧರ ಹಂದೆ, ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ ಕೆದ್ಲಾಯ, ಸುಜಯೀಂದ್ರ ಹಂದೆ, ಕಾವ್ಯ ಎಚ್. ಇವರು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಈ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಕಾವ್ಯವಾಚನದ ಹೊಸ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವ ಪ್ರಯೋಗದಂತಿತ್ತು.
ಮುಂದಿನ ಬಾರಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲ ಅಂದು ಬಂಧುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನೆಪಕ್ಕಾದರೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆಯಾಗುವಂತಾಗಲಿ.
It is program organized by Abhilasha.S for remembering Late Srikanth Somayaji, called SANGEETHA MAALIKE.
It is also an opportunity for get-together of relatives, friends and well wishers.
Am eminent personality is honoured for his achievements and this year, the recipient was Shri ChandraShekara Kedlaya, good singer for more than 3 decades. He was given shawl, fruits and cover. He also sang Bendre's poem in reply.
This year Sangeetha Malike event had variety program.
1. Fusion Music from "NAAVU" team from Mysuru, with Anush Shetty as the leader, a young and upcoming music buff, sings and plays musical instruments. Their presentation was mixed songs with involvement of audience and most of therm were pleasant to hear.
2. EkaPatraabhinaya - by Ms Kavya Hande a brilliant presentation of revenge of Ambe.
3. Dance by LahariBhat - Excellent dance presentation about Lord Narasimha
4. "NRUTYA GAATHA" - Dance Drama by Vidushi Anaghshree of Kodavoor Nritya Nikethana. It's story of dancer, her ambitions, aspirations and her life.
There was also refreshments and dinner for all present. There were about 75-80 people present for the program.

The program is Musical tribute to Late Srikanth Somayaji, is organized by his wife Abhilasha every year.
This year also it was held in the premises of our ancestral house in the evening of Sunday, 23rd Dec.

It was also family gathering and a get-together, when children grown up reside at various places and come together to spend quality time and exchange and talk about the past years.
This year Hindustani Music Concert was by Shama Somayaji, Srikanth's daughter who is a upcoming Hindustani Singer and a flutist.
After the welcome by Jayarama Somayaji, Shama sang for about 25 minutes in Raag Yemen and it was superb rendering. Everyone appreciated the young upcoming talent.
VINAY NADIG
Vidushi Mrs Pratima Bhat Malakoppa was honored for her contribution to Music by teaching children with Music School, " Guruparampara Sangeetha Sabha" in Kundapura.
Vinay Nadig, Singer also rendered two beautiful songs, one of them was composed by Late Srikanth Somayaji, a fitting tribute.
Vidushi Pratima Malakoppa also presented Hindustani singing for and the program concluded with refreshments to all gathered. There were about 70-80 people attended the program and enjoyed the music.
