That was naming ceremony (Naamakarana) - AADIT , s/o Harsha & Navya, at Annaporna Hall, BasavanaGudi, Bengaluru.

We were there right on time, nice place with parking inside, moderate size hall.

Sri Harsha is son of Renu- Ramamorthy Udupa,  grand son of daughter Shubha's doddamma,

Grand lunch follows the program,(Feast) with Kaayi Holige, Laddu, Paayasa and Seekarane, along with the usual items.

NAMAKARANA - SRINIKHA

Shirooru Mutt Hall, Udupi

That was Naming Ceremony (Traditional Namakarana) program of D/O of Ramakrishna-Kavana's Baby of 5 months.

The Name given to the Baby was "SRINIKHA", nice name.

Ramakrishna is s/o Nalini's sister Sujatha-at Udyavara, where we often visit, and wehn we go to ooru by bus or train, Udyavara is the first stop, for nice breakfast and their car for our going round during our stay at ooru.

That was agrand ceremony with many relatives, friends and well wishers.

The function followed by grand lunch with Holige, Burfi, Paayasa and Tamboola with Bowl.

God Bless the Princess "SRINIKHA" and the family with long life, good health and prosperity

NAMING CEREMONY - D/O LEKHA/SACHIN

 Sunday, 28th February 2025

Phalimaru Mutha, Malleshwara, Bengaluru.

That was Namakarana Sambhrama of Princess of Lekha-Sachin.

She was named "ANIKA" in  grand ceremony, with relatives , friends and well wishers present.

Sachin is son of Sandhya-Sadaram, who is my eledest brother Late Seetarama Somayaji's daughter and son-in-law.

The ceremony preceeded by dharmika rituals homa and pooja.

After the naming ceremony, there was grand oota with holige, jelebi and laddu as sweets with other usual items.

MAY GOD BLESS THE LITTLE PRINCESS "ANIKA", and the parents,  WITH GOOD HEALTH, LONG LIFE AND PROSPERITY.

NAAMAKARANA (NAMING CEREMONY)

Hindu Dharmika Sabha Bhavana, 80ft Road, Paapareddypalya, Bengaluru.

That was naming ceremony (Traditional) , called Naamakarana, with lots of relatives, friends and relatives present.

The little FireCracker was named "VASHISTA", with purohiths chanting mantras, and people gathered wishing and blessing the little boy.

Many relatives, well wishers meeting and that was talking space for all.

There was grand lunch after the ceremony with sweets Holige, Pancharatna, with other usual items.

The place was about 15 km and an hour and half drive.

Returned home after lunch.

NAAMAKARANA - NAMING CEREMONY

NandaGokula Sabhangana, Bengaluru

That was grand celebration for the arrival of new boy in the family of Bharath & Swathi.

Bharath is S/O of Bhaskar Somayaji from Birthi, Salekeri, extended family.

Large number of relatives, friends and well wishers were present for the ocassion.

The baby was named " SARTHAK " and the people showered blessings and gifts.

Grand Lunch (Feast) followed the naming ceremony, with Holige, Bonda soup, along with normal items.

Ramachandra Somayaji and Bhaskara Somayaji are brothers, sons of Lakshminarayana Somayaji of "JaddinaMane" at Birthi, Salekeri.

NAMAKARANA & BIRTHDAY - YASHODA/SAYISH

Soubhagya Party Hall, Mallathahalli, Bengaluru.

That was get-together for celebrating arrival of BOY in the family of Yashoda-Sayish and Birthday celebration of their eldest daughter Navya.

The naming ceremony was done earlier, the boy named "AMOGH VARSHA"

There were good number of relatives and friends and well wishers of the Family.

Yashoda is daughter of Sadaram's brother Shivaram.

Sadaram is son-in-law of my brother Late Seetharam Somayaji.

The party followed by grand lunch served on banana leaf, with holige, halwa and with other items as usual.
