ಸ್ಮಾರ್ತ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ 2026 

ಶಿವಳ್ಳಿ ಸ್ಮಾರ್ತ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಮಹಾ ಪರಿಷತ್ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ "ಸ್ಮಾರ್ತ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ" ಅದ್ದೂರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಂಪನ್ನ ಗೊಂಡಿತು. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ದಂಪತಿಗಳ ಗೌರವಾರ್ಪಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನೂ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. 

ದೀಪ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲನೆ 

ಪರಿಷತ್ ನ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಂದ ನೃಸಿಂಹ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ, ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರಗಳ  ಪಟನೆ ಗಳ ನಂತರ ಸಭಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. 

ಏಳು ಹಿರಿಯ ದಂಪತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಸಮಾರ್ಪಣೆಯಾದ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾನ್ವಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ  ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

YAKSHAGANA AT BALEKUDRU

Balekudru, Brahmavara, Udupi Dist.

It was on Friday, 26th Dec. we went to Anegudde Sri Vinayaka Temple, then from there Sri Guru Narasimha Temple at Saligrama with Ramachandra Somayaji.

Afterwards we went to Padmanabha Sahasra House at Gundmi (Gumpa), had some nice Pathrode, spent some time, proceeded to Balkudru to see Yakshagana at the premises of Srnivasa Aithal/Ramachandra Aithal.

We also had Bale ele oota, spent sometime, returned to Birthi, Salekeri, by 10 pm

As the New Year and residents had good lunch and most of the people were relaxing, afterwards, they were brought one by one by the caretakers.

M G M COLLEGE : ALUMNI DAY 2025

After a long time I along with Ramachandra Somayaji, decided to go to the Alumini Day of M G M College, Udupi, in the college auditorium

I  passed out from the college in 1968, passing B. Sc. Degree (MPC) with distinction and 6th Rank in the University. 

It was great feeling going to the college after 57 years, but hardly met anyone who had studied ttogether.

MGM College, Udupi

In the morning there was Sbha Program with Raviraj N Sitaram, old staudent, now Vice-Chancellor of Chandigarh Unversity, spoke about how he came up to the present position. Some spoke about when they passed out from MGM and about their career.

There was served in the canteen on banana leaf, after which program continued with music and songs by the old students.

As we were leaving for Bengaluru by 3.30pm train, we left from the place.
