Here come long time friend and a well wisher,.S V Bhat, Asha Bhat and their daughter Shubha.......lived together as close knit family for many years in Dubai, booked a flat in Bengaluru Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, four years ago and now ready for occupation......
SHUBHODAYA...... name of their 1500 sq.ft flat in the third floor.......It is huge complex of apartments.... CENTURY INDUS, in the faraway, developing place of greater Bengaluru, with usual problems of access roads, water, sanitation, and public transport.
However, It's an investment..... property values increase every year due to large number of people coming to Bengaluru, from all over India....
So, we were there for the Gruha Pravesha function at 12.00noon, after seraching for the place for sometime..... Dubai friends, Latha Sudhaker Rao, Usha Suresh, Sudhir Vaidyas and Govind Bhat Abhyankars were there....... Usual grand lunch on such occasions
.....stayed on for some time chatting..... churning the memories of Dubai years.....
