Academy of Music has organised a three-day drama festival starting May 1 at Chowdiah Memorial Hall, Vayyali kaval, Bengaluru,
The event will start off with the release of two books of plays, Nimiththa and Gathi , both written by S.N. Sethuram. Gathi was staged at 7 p.m., under the direction of Mr. Sethuram.
The finale will see the staging of the drama Samayakkondu Sullu by Bhargavi Narayan.
The plays will be staged from 6 p.m. onwards at Chowdiah Hall, Vyalikaval from May 1. The Hindu is the media partner for the event.
The drama is a hillarious one, with Ramesh in financial problem, trying to avoid his relations coming to his house for various reasons, staying there and demanding lot of things.
