It's Kannada Drama presented by amateurs students of Nagarabhavi and is sponsored by Govt. of India Culture Ministry to encourage the upcoming stage artists.
The artists tried their best to present the drama with lot of enthusiasm and energy, but need to improve on their skill and maturity.
The story line is about a rich and arrogant village chief, with two wives and a big house, exploit poor farmers and villagers by lending money. His daughter wanted to get married to a man she loved, Ravi, who belong to a different caste. Initially he refused but he had to agree and she marries Ravi.

Ravi's elder brother also married earlier bu had no children. After ravi got married, brother's wife and Ravi's wife got pregnant at the same time, gave birth to baby. Ravi's child dies and his brother exchange the babies and told that his child died. Later, when the Doctor exposes the truth, Ravi was very grateful for his brother for his sacrifice. The Chief realizes his bad deeds and becomes a good man and lives happily ever after.

Looks like an age old village story and presented also like that, with wedding celebrations, women getting pregnant eating raw mangoes, delivery scenes, Doctor's arrival and his helplessness. Temple prop and the praying, Sharanu ladies singing songs are all of village scenes, tried to presented effectively.

The play was about 70 minutes and hence ended quickly without getting bored.
The effort of the youngsters must be appreciated.
