BRAHMIN'S KHADYA - EATING OUTLET

After watching at INOX, we landed at the Brahmin's Khadya, Food outletin the food court of the Galleria Mall.

We had some rice, daal, aaloo paratha with chana curry. The taste was good.

It was quite filling, and the cost was also reasonable.

ARTICLE 370 - HINDI MOVIE

GalleriaMall, Yalahanka, Bengaluru.

The real story behind the abrogation of Kashmir's Artcile 370, whixh was given special powers to Kashmir's Chief Ministers and the Government.

The situation was beautifully picturized in the Movie, and it is gripping from the beginning to the end.

Terrorism, stone pelting, Phulwama's blast of sodiers bus, and the gripping situation of Prime Minister's office and the Home Minister's presentation in the parliament are all nicely presented.

All credit goes to PMO's team and Home Minister's effort.

It was Prime Minister Narendra Modi's one of the biggest accomplishment. Now Kashnir is peaceful, economy is improving and achieving past glory.

It was a good movie.

SHAKHAHAARI - KANNADA MOVIE

Orion Mall, Rajajinagara, Bengaluru

It was unfortunate that we went to watch this movie, daring the traffic in Bengaluru in the morning of Tuesday to Orion Mall.

It was horror movie, killing, blood spilling, cutting the body part,s burning and the police have no clue.

Finally police officer becomes the victim of killing.

It was just  a waste of time.

I wonder why such movies are made, and people watch also...(Like us)

However, one song is pleasing, which has no relevence.

MADUVE SAMBRAMA - ADITYA/MADHUPREETHA

Gowramma Ramaiah Kalyana Mantapa, Mattikere, Bengaluru.

Aditya is s/o Jyothi - Srinivas, and Jyothi is daughter of B V Kedilaya, whose father is my mother's elder brother, Srinivasa Kedlaya, a Scholar. at Balekudru, near Brahmavar, udupi District.

Wedding ceremony was grand with lot of relatives, friends and well wishers.

The occasion was get-together for old and young, celebrating good health, enquiring about the family.

Grand oota follows as in such occasion, with Pheni,  and other sweets.

The Kalyana mantapa was huge and grand.

Wishing the newly wedded couple, a happy and long married life.

SUNDAY - FUNDAY - CUBBON 25/2/2024

Cubbon Park, Bengaluru.

It was Sunday, Rishi, Kavitha, Atharv were there and Seena and We two.

As some run was going on, entry to Cubbon park was closed from many sides,

Somehow, we managaed to enter the park and started walking.

Atharv was enjoying his cycle going round difficult area.

After spending about 2 hours, we went to AIRLINES HOTEL for breakfast.

It was a crowded place, people not finding place to park, and sit also.

Somehow, sitting in the car, had idli, dosa and icecream and coffee and left from the place. Food was good.

INTERNATIONAL PERFORMING ARTS FESTIVAL

Chowdaih Memorial Hall, Malleshwara, Bengaluru.

That was grand, Beautiful celebrations of Performing Arts.

There was Carnatic Classical Music by All Women's Group, of Manasi Prasad, beautiful co-ordination of Vocal, Violin, Veena, Tabla and Mridanga.

There was Kathak Performance by Emminent Dr Kushboo Panchal from Mahakaleshwara City, Ujjain,

There was Bharathanatyam Rceital by "Maanini - Celebration of Womanhood" by Anuradha Vikanth and Group,

Finally there was Karnataka Folk and Ritualistic dances "Taaye Baaro" and other dances likeYallama Taayi Dance,  Kansale, Soligara Dance, Pattada Dance, Pooja Dance, presented by Sneha Kappanna.

The program ended with photo shoot of performers and organizers.

That was vereity program presented by organizers of  International Performing Arts Festival.

TRIP TO MYSURU - 17/18 FEBRUARY

Saturday, Sunday 17 - 18 February 2024 

MYSURU VISIT

Our journey was by train while going and also when coming back.

Our night stay was at Manohar Rao - Geetha's house in Vijayanagara, Mysuru. another close friend and a well wisher.

Night we went to Sridhar Bhat's new house for pooja and had light food and returned.

Next morning : 6.30 am :Visit to Chamundeshawari Devi at Chamundi Hills in the morning.

That was a devine and pleasant early morning Darshan of Devi, and aarathi,  courtesey Prashanth Tantry, a distant relative, who is inside team of archakas.

Next was visit to Restaurant 'HALLI HATTI" for breakfast, the crowd was so much, people were scrambling for a place, so decided not to eat there and returned.

Later had breakfast at DasPrakash Hotel, where there were no customers.

Next was visit to Usha Suresh Cukkemane, to enquire about his health, as he was on admission in the hospital, for some health issue, and is recovered after discharge.

After grand oota of Gruha pravesha, Visit to Shama /Abhijit 's house at Vidyaranyapura. Manohar's took us to their house, as auto/taxi not available.

Spent some time in their house, and Abhijit-Shama, dropped us at Mysuru Railaway Station for us to catch 6.20 Titicorn Express train to Bangalore.

Return to Namma Bengaluru by 9 pm 

Came home by Wuber Taxi at 9.30 pm
