Smitha is daughter of Sujatha, sister of Nalini and is doing her post doctoral degree at Ayurvedic College, Udyavara, Udupi, and will be finishing her MD in September.
Her wedding with Raghavendra, s/o Rajarama Rao, from Pavanje, living in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. Their wedding engagement took place on 5th April at Udyavara and the wedding was fixed for Sunday 21st May 2017, at the above venue.
We left by car from Bengaluru on 17th May by Celerio car after attending Upanayana program at Prasanna Kalyana Mandira. Stayed overnight at Chikkamagalur at Dr Hebbar-Ragini's residence.
Morning 6am we left from there and visiting Sringeri Sharadamba Temple, reached Udupi Sharada Kalyana Mantapa to attend Shreya-Keerthi Wedding.
As part of Smitha wedding, a get-together was organized with some fun games, music and dinner.
Next morning, wedding celebrations, reached the venue by 8am, breakfast and the usual rituals of wedding, dibbana, exchange of garlands, kanyadaana, SaptaPadi, MangalyaDharana.
Relations and friends wished and blessed the newly wedded couple.
Grand sumptuous lunch follows as usual and later bride and groom were taken to relation's house for gruha pravesha, had dinner and returned to Birthi, Salekeri.
