Jyothi & I are very Happy to announce that our eldest son Shashank is due to 'tie the knot' later this week. 

It would have been our privilege & pleasure if we could have you all with us on our Special Day. However, the prevailing Corona times permit us to conduct the rituals with a maximum of 40 guests.

Shashank was student in Our Own High School, Al Warqa, Dubai in those days when I was Supervisor. He passed out from Grade 12 with flying colours. He was good in studies as well as extra curricular activities. He was deputy Head Boy of the school and was an excellent speaker also. He was very good with all the teachers and good mannered.

Shashank's parents are Dr Satish and Jyothi, very nice people, and family friends. Dr Satish is consultant eye surgeon, working in one of the Dubai Hospital. Dr Satish's father, Rama Bhat was Principal at M G M College Udupi, passed away few year ago. Mother, Vasanthi is 80+ years now, healthy and strong, violinist and singer, lives in Ambalpady, near Udupi.

Happy to see that he is getting married today in Udupi.

We would have attended the wedding but for the COVID restrictions for travel and number of guests attending the wedding.

However, we were able to watch live on YouTube at home.

We wish the newly weds Happy and Long Married Life.
