Venue : Dayananda Sagar Institute of Technology Auditorium, Bengaluru.
LahariBhat, Class VI, studying in Deccan International School, Bengaluru, organized their Annul Day Celebrations in three sessions. Morning (10am to 1pm ) to lower middle school, Afternoon (2pm - 5pm) for upper middle school and evening ( 6 - 9 pm) for High School students.
We attended the morning session, where children presented more than two hour program of "KARUNADA SIRI SAMPADA", highlighting the history of Karnataka, its people, accomplishments and the culture, with dance, singing, stage play. It is a tremendous effort by teachers and students.
There was live music by teachers, proper costumes of characters, lighting and power point presentation of events on the huge screen on the stage. About 140 minutes presentation was mesmerizing and reminding of people, rich culture and history of state of Karnataka.
Lahari participated in several dances and I could catch only few clicks and clips. It was awesome.
