That was a grand grand wedding reception of Vishnu and Dhatri, who were married on Sunday 27th March at Hassan.

Vishnu is close relative of our close friend Surya Lakshmi.

That was also occasion to meet Trupti Bhupen, who was Dance Teacher at Dubai and seeing them after a long time. She is running "SAMARPAN" SCHOOL OF PERFORMING ARTS at J P Nagar, Bengaluru.

We spent more than an hour at the venue, had buffet dinner and returned home.

ANSHUMAN (PUTTA) - WEDDING ENGAGEMENT

It was celebration of Anshuman's engagement with Aishwarya.

Long awaited wedding is going to take place soon.

Anshuman is second son of Renu Udupa, is software by profession, his father from Koteshwara, close Hebri family.

Now settled in Bengaluru with family, 

There were many people came from Hebri and ooru, and it was happiness to celebrate.

Grand lunch follows, as usual in the case.

Puttige Mutt is made like in Govardhana Giri, giving a feeling of going through a cave..

KIRAN UMA HOLLA - HOME VISIT

Kiran Holla, a distant relative, with his wife Uma, been living and working in Dubai for many years.

When we were in Dubai, we used meet often and was participating in Brahmana Samaja Funtions..

Now he is relocated back in India with his wife Uma and son Shishira, a year ago, and lives in TenkaNidiyooru, near Udupi.

In the mean time he invited us to BRAHMOPADESHA of their son on 6th May 2022

Uma's sister Sudha also accompnaied them.

It was a pleasant visit, as we could recollect some memories from Dubai.

TRAVELLING BY TRAIN

 Saturday/Sunday 19/20 March 2022

Travelling by train is a unique experience.

Recently we traveled in a luxurious coach VISTADOME from Mangaluru to Bengaluru.

We had another occasion to travel in train, this time to Mysuru and back.

We chose to travel by train, as it is faster, comfortable and smoother.

The purpose was to attend the wedding of Krutika-Srinivas and also visit Devi Chamundeshwari at Chamundi Hills, Mysuru.

I booked for Chair Car in Shatabdi Express, which leaves from KSR Bengaluru at 10.50am.

We were there 15 minutes early at station, and the train started on time and reached Mysuru non- stop at 1pm.

On our way back from Mysuru on 20th March, I booked for evening train, Hampi Express leaving Mysuru at 6.35 pm and it was a sleeper coach.

As there was no rush, I could lie down on the lower berth and had a good sleep for 2 hours.

Reached Bengaluru at 9.35 pm, took wuber taxi and reached home.

KRUTHIKA-SRINIVAS WEDDING

Shubhodini Convention Hall, Hebbala, Mysuru.

Kruthika's parents Raghu-Shailaja were our neighbour in the building we were staying in Al Nahda, Sharjah during 2002 to 2010.

Very nice gentleman Raghu and eaqually friendly Shailaja, children Kruthika and Karthik were going school.

WEDDING INVITATION

They used to actively participating in cultural programs of Karnataka Sangha, Dubai, organized by Nalini Somayaji.

They were also part of our Birthday parties of Rishikanth.

Raghu had sent beautiful Wedding invitation card and called on the phone and said we should come to Kruthika's wedding on 19th March 2022.

We were there at the venue, a huge convention hall, Shubhodini, at Hebbal, along ring road Mysuru. 

COMPLIMENTS

We left from the venue after grand lunch, Wedding feast.

Usha Hande was also with us for the wedding.

MYSURU CHAMUNDESHWARI TEMPLE - VISIT

Chamundi Hills, Mysuru

We had closest darshan of Devi Chamundeshwari this morning.

SHRI CHAMUNDESHAWARI AMMA

We were at the temple premises with Suresh Usha early morning 7 O'clock.

Prashanth, S/O Sarojini Tantry, archak at the temple (for three months) was kind enough to usher us to right inside the temple.

We waited til 7.30 when curtain was open for Devi Chamundeshwari Darshan.

MAHISHASHURA

It was amazing sight and experience is unimaginable.

After Mangalarathi, Prashanth honoured us with Shawl and Garland (Haara).

The visit was memorable and will be everlasting in the memory.

I had taken Satish Hande's second car, and we lost our way to Chamundi Hills, eventually we made it at the right time.

After breakfast at the hills, we returned, proceeded to Kruthika's Wedding.
