The Yakshagana program was organized by "BHUVANESHWARINAGARA NAGARIKARA SEVA SAMITHI", at Kenneth George School, DasaraHalli Main Road, Bhuvaneshwarinagara.
That was more than five hours of show with fantastic dances, dialogues and costume,. The artists are so much enerzised, they continuously dance, dance and dance, without getting tired. It's amazing.
Traditional Yakshagana will not accept the kind of modern Yakshagana played these days which is purely for entertainment and excitment.
However, it was a performance of Yakshagana of FOUR different stories.
1.Hirenyaksha and Bhoodevi, Varaaha,
2. Bhakta Prahlada, - Hirenya Kashipu, - Khayadu, Narasimha
3. Vrashabhasura - Varaha
4. Padmavathi-Srinivasa Kalyana
It was entertainment for more the non-stop performance.
