The book release was the translation to Kannada by Vishweshwara Bhat.
The original book "GROWING UP WITH KARANTH", wriiten by Shivarama Karanth's children Malavika Kapoor, Ullas Karanth and Kshama Rao.
Vishweshwara Bhat, (Translator), S R Vijayashankar, S Diwakar and Ullas Karanth spoke about the book.
There was question answer session with writers moderated by Shobha Narayan and couple of questions were asked by the audience.

Books were for sale and many people bought books available both in Enaglish and Kannada and were signed by the authors.
