Shoobha, D/O Late brother B. Padmanaba Somayaji, celebrating her completing 60 years with family and friends with Music program and grand lunch at her residence.
Vijetha, s/o Shobha, described the ocassion, said they do not believe in Homa and Havana (Religious ceremony), but rather celebrate the Happy ocassion with family and Friends.
The house premises was beatifully decorated with shamiana and stage for Music program, and singer and Ex-student of Hongirana and Vinay Nadig and co-singer, Apoorva, and Keyboard and Taabla for accompaniement.
Music program continued up to 1 pm and after, when the guests proceeded for grand Lunch at the School Mess Hall. The menu included Poori, Pulav, Holige, Paayasa, along with Saaru, Huli, Palya etc.
We were there in the morning with Shubha-Raghu, after staying overnight at Harsha,The Fern Hotel at Shimogga.
Returned to Bengaluru at 11.30 pm after leaving Hongirana at 4 pm
Tiffin on the way at DhruvaTare Restaurant.
