Om Namah Shivaya..
During the Utsava Days ...The last day Lord Shiva's Utsava Moorthi is taken to a Ganesha Temple and is given bath as ritual (dipped in temple pond). Even the priest and others have this type of bath along with Lord's Utsava Moorthi,
Then again Alankara , Pooja is done , Pancha Kajjaya is served after offering to God as Prasad to people who are around.
Then it is proceed to my sister house to get Pooja done and then after serving Phalahara gets back to temple. This is known as Katte Pooje whic has been happening for decades. During the Procession at times stops at homes who have this ritual of Katte Pooje from a long time. (My doddappa's time it started and still sister family continue this Katte Pooja at their home).
FAMILY
Though I used to be present in those days, it's since long time I missed it. This time it so happened that we were blessed to watch and take part.
