Durga Pooje at UAE Brahmana Samaja, Dubai through ZOOM

UAE Brahmana Samaja, started in 2003, began with Durga Pooja celebrating Navaratri Festival in 2004. It was well organized Pooja conducted by Brahmana Samaja and we were actively participating and taking care of all issues.

Lakmikanth Bhat was the purohith, who used to conduct the pooja.

This year 2020, all programs are organized through ZOOM platform, due COVID pandemic.

The program was simultaneously conducted at Sharjah at Laxmikanth Bhat's house and at Santoor with Raghupathi Joisa as the main priest. Rajeshwara Holla and Latha were the host for the pooja.

Sudhaker Rao Pejavar organized the program beautifully, with the help of Prakash Upadhya, Shivaram Bhat, Udaya Kumar and Sudhakar Krishnamoorthy at Dubai. 

Puttige Mutt Sri Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji from New Jersey gave blessings and Chief priest Vidwan Yogendra Bhat explained the importance of NAVARAATRI, which is the thanks giving to the nature.

There was bhajans from various people, and a very beautiful presentation of Mahisha mardini Stotram by 9 ladies of Brahamana Samaja, prepared by Shivaram Bhat.

The program ended with Maha Mangalarathi at Sharjah and Santoor.
