Mr Chandrashekhara Chadaga, now  also secretary of Throeau Foundation, has organized a talk by R N Shetty, active farmer on 'ORGANIC FARMING AND TERRACE GARDEN"

Mr Shetty has more than 1 acre land near Nelamangala, lives there and practices organic farming.

He is also owner of "SAHAJA SAMRUDHA ORGANIC PRODUCER COMPANY", has office in R T Nagara, Bengaluru.

The meeting was presided over by Dr V Shridhar, President of Thoreau Foundation.

Mr Chadaga welcomed the Chief Guest R N Shetty and only few audience introduced the guest speaker.

Mr Shetty in his speech said, going with nature is organic, the soil has got it's own capacity to rejuvanate as per the weather and environmental condtion. He emphasized the use naturally availabel manure like cow waste, kitchen waste etc.

He also spoke on TERRACE GARDENING, which requires lot of attention and care, the yield gives lot of pleasure and happiness. It's also good hobby to spend some time with plants for good health.

Dr Bhojappa

Dr Sridhar, in his address appealed for all to become member of Thoreau Foundation, involve in Educational, Environmental and Humanitarian activites for Better living through better Environment.

C R Satya

Dr Bojappa, very senior, elderly, 93 years was very active and humorous in his input for mango farming, teraace gardening.

Mr Chadaga proposed vote of thanks.
