In the absence of Ramakrishna Bhat (Who had travelled to USA), Jayaram Suvarna (Yoga Jayaram) and myself condusted divine session of Bhajans / Satsang for the elders of the centre.
It's heartening to note that a few of the inmates of the centre, anxiously waiting to sing Bhajans and involve themselves in the praise of God and Naama sankeerthane.
As today is Chandramana Yugadi, after wishing them HAPPY YUGADI to all, a brief importance of Yugadi was narrated right from the time of Brahma, and through Dashaavatara, and as of today, it is celebrated as beginning of new "PARAABHAVA" naama SAMVATSARA and wished all good health and happiness.
After the Mangala song "Shankaraaya...." , Aarthi was performed, Vibhoothi given and Prasada prepared at home was distributed to all.
It was a refershing and divine session.
