The last day of RANGA RANGOLI program by Academy of Music, a play about life of famous hindustani Vocalist, celebrity singer, Sri Bhimasen Joshi was enacted by a drama group from Mysuru.
It was partly narration, and scenes from his personal life, his singing, and his followers and fans.
It was also about, how he was trapped by a lady who came to learn music from him, made his family life miserable and he eventually dies in the hospital in 2011.
Narration and acting throughout the play was done by his son Raghavendra, his father being a very good father, helped the family.
Songs he sang during his lifetime reminds of this legendary singer, Sri Bhimsen Joshi.
