Sri Prabhakar Kedilaya's father is my mother's younger brother. Naturally our roots are in Balekudru, near Udupi. Prabhakar Kedilaya, after leaving the job at LIC in India, joined NMC with B R Shetty at Abudhabi U A E and worked for many years, when we used to work at Dubai. Many a times mutual visits were common.
Sometime in the Year2000, he relocated to NewYork, USA, where his daughter Sudha and her family lived. In April 2014, when we are on visit to USA, we stayed with them for couple of days.
He and his wife on visit to Bengaluru in March/April2016, could not visit us at BirthiMane due to some health issues. So we visited him at his son Srinath's apartment at Kanakapura Road, BasavanaGudi on 17thApril 2016, spent sometime and wished them well.
