Dragon Company is a Kannada translation of Evgeny Schwartz’s famous play ‘The Dragon’. He is a Russian playwright who wrote this satirical play in 1944. The original play has been adapted into Kannada to suit its nativities.
The play is a political satire, where the hero attempts to liberate people in a land suffering from Dragon’s rule. It also questions the status quo of the political setup and takes on adversaries to free the people of the land and for his love.
The play was not very absorbing, as too much of shouting, screaming and chaos.
However, sat till the for the play of 90 minutes.
