SRI SURYANARAYANA SWAMY TEMPLE

Sri SuryaNarayana Swamy Temple is in the interior of high rising apartment buildings in Domlur.

The access to the temple is a narrow road betwwen the apartment buildings.

Once you reach there, parking spsce is there and you will see a magnificient with archs and Gopuras with Chola Architecture.

SOME OF THE IDOLS

Temple was built by Patel Dr Krishna Reddy and was opened in 1995.

The idol of presiding deity within the temple is 3.25 feet high and has been brought from Badrinath Temple.

Lot of other idols like Goddess Saraswathi, Lord Brahma, Goddess Vaishnavi, Adi Sheshasayi, Panchamukhi Ganesha, UgraNarasimha among the others.

During the Annual Festival time, Rathasaptami Day in January, the idol of SunGod is pulled on a 32 feet long massive Chariot, pulled by devotees.

he most striking feature of temple is its neatness and cleanliness. The corridor surrounding the main deity is huge, wide and spotlessly clean.

During the festival time, I wonder how people will reach and park their vehicles.

Anyway, it is a nice place to visit in Bengaluru.
