Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, Hunsur.
That was temple we visited earlier in Sept.2021, but this time it was for annual Rathotsava.

It is great time and excitment for people, in the morning, after pooja at the temple, the UTSAVA MOORTHY (ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ನರಸಿಂಹ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯ ಉತ್ಸವ ಮೂರ್ತಿ) is placed in the chariot (RATHA).

People gatherd for pulling the rope, which is a devine feeling and being blessed.

Ratha carrying Utsava Moorthy, going round the streets, house people present aarthi and get the prasada.
Not caring for rains, people dance on the road to the beating of drums.
After the rounds on the streets, Ratha with UtsavaMoorthy returns to temple premises.
We had grand feast in Raghavendra Swamy Temple, Hunsur after which we started driving back to Bengaluru.(Distance of 214 Km)
