DeviPrasad is son of Bhaskar Bhat Mayagundi, who is my elder sister Late Bhagirathi (Baabi) eldest son.
Devi Prasad is very intelligent, studied Pourohitya and Jyothishya in Kerala (Ernakulam) for 3 years and completed the course successfully.
He coducts all procedure for various reuirements like Homa, Shanthi, etc for Hindu Community.
He is engaged to get married to Chandana, and the engagement took place in April 2022
PRE- WEDDING GET-TOGETHER:
Saturday, 21st May, 2022, 7 pm, at Brahmi Sabha Bhavana, Udupi
There was fun, dance, Quiz for new couple, songs continued till 9.30 after which, there was nice dinner, or phalahara. Returned Birthi by 11 pm

WEEDING CELEBRATIONS:
Sunday, May 22. 2022 at 9 am, the acttual wedding day at the same place.
We were there from Birthi at 8.30 am, after the Dibbana from Groom's party, there was small preocedure from both the parties for finalising the wedding.
9.30 was the Muhurtha for the wedding. The bride is brought to the stage with all dhoom -dhaam, and garlands were exchanged.
Normal wedding procedure folllows, with KANYA DAANA, SAPTA PADI, MANGALYA DHARANA, etc etc.
More people, relatives, friends and well wishers joining the celebrations.
Grand lunch follows on the terrace of the Sabha Bhavana, pleasant environment, cool breeze and the nice items being served.

We were there by 12 noon, with Leela Somayaji and Dinesh from Birthi, and attended Chandika Homa and AARATHAKSHATHE.
Grand lunch follows with somany people and somany items and sweets.
