Malathi Akka is elder sister of Sadaram, husband of Sandhya, who is brother Seetharama Somayaji's daughter.
She was ailing for sometime and staying in a rehabilitation centre, Bengaluru.
She studied in Brahmavara SMS High school, staying Garadimane with her grandmother, SriDevi doddamma..

I remember, during my elementary school years, MalathiAkka used to walk to school near our house in Birthi Salekeri, carrying her school bag and food box.
