We have witnessed a devine homa/pooja "RUDRA HOMA" at the premises of Sri SurBharathi Sanskrit and Cultural Centre.
Rudra Homa is dedicated to Lord Shiva is a powerful homa or fire ritual for cleansing the system of all deep-rooted disorders. Rudra homam helps in mitigating your negative tendencies, relief from your fears, worries and troubles and fulfilling all your worldly desires. Rudra Homa can also help you advance in your spiritual life.
The homa is performed to invoke the grace of Rudra, one of the many energies of Shiva. Lord Rudra is a ferocious aspect of Lord Shiva, who is the embodiment of destruction and unlimited love. Rud means sorrow. Ra means destroyer. Rudra is the One who destroys your sorrows.
That was more than 4 hour ritual, with so many Pandiths sitting around and chating Rudra mantra.
We had grand oota after the ritual of Mangalarathi and Poornahuthi.
