The tenth year of International Yoga Day is here.
I am happy that I joined the celebrations organised by Vivekanand School of Yoga today at Sunrise School presmises.
Though I joined little late, It was worth participating in the celebrations.
The people at the session were good and guiding the aasanas for Yoga.
